  Liked: room size was ok. location was ok. can't tell more.

  Disliked: the staff placed us in a 'medical room' where the shower was too tight and had only shower curtains available. it wasn't like a hotel experience, more of like you're in a hospital. we checked-in past midnight; and asked if we can do late check-out, and the reception was not happy at all, and just said, we're fully book the next day. i asked also th reception to send shaving kit, before leaving the hotel. 2 hours after, nothing arrived. ((not too attentive to details and requests, maybe because we were just there for less than half a day. but paid in full of course.)) the front of the hotel is under construction, placing us on the 1st floor/medical room made it worst. we could hear all the sounds from the roadworks.

  I had a great time at the hotel, thank you!

  Liked: I had a decent hotel room, that ticked all the boxes: the location was great, the staff were helpful, the swimming pool was amazing after a hard day, so all was well. They even had a garage for the car (for an extra payment).

  Disliked: The breakfast arrangements could have been perhaps better, there were a lot of guests in the relatively small area looking for either beverages or food. I felt that the food could have been laid out slightly differently, for example the scrambled eggs ran out very quickly and because they were far away from the attentive staff, they could not monitor ably what was needed replacing and when.

  Liked: The staff was lovely. Especially the reception that worked in the evening and early mornings. They were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

  Disliked: That the gym was open from 7am. As there was not staff there, it could have been open from 6am to accommodate early workouts.

  Liked: Not far from train The bed was comfortable

  Disliked: The view from my window. The building site in front for many years to come. Nice to stay for a day or two if you are not planning to be inside.
