Modern hotel with a bar and great spaces to retreat to
Liked: The location was extremely handy for the airport but it is actually a great part of Lisbon to stay in. There are wonderful parks, gardens, shops, restaurants and the famous Calouste Gulbenkian Museum, all within walking distance. A modern hotel with good facilities.
Disliked: Would have liked to have had tea/coffee facilities within the room.
Not happy with the reception when asked for water at late night 2 am
Liked: Location was accessible to public transportation, room was comfortable
Disliked: Facilities, no coffee, tea, or kettle in the room. For the second day they even didn’t give water. For everything we need to pay.
An ideal cheaper option to stay for a few days
Liked: The property was perfect for what we needed. The pool was a big bonus as it was very warm when we went. Value for money was the draw for us as we were travelling on a budget, couldn’t have got more for our money.
Disliked: Water pressure could have been better in the tap.

Disliked: Breakfast was very poor, same every morning, not tasty. The room was noisy—a very old air conditioner was humming inside and the sound of the pool equipment could be heard from outside. On top of that, there was a railway line nearby and the airport was close by. Hotel quite old

Great hotel for a weekend away exploring Lisbon
Liked: Great location and value for money. Hotel was clean and met our expectations
Disliked: The hotel was a little bit tired, but was to be expected for a 3 star hotel
