Just OK, I have stayed in better 4 star hotels
Liked: The receptionist that checked me in was really lovely, everything else wasn’t great apart from that.
Disliked: The bathtub in my room was stained, I let reception know nothing was done. I had to ask for a robe. Pool area wasn’t looked after and no supervision. If you wanted any snacks at the pool you would to go down to the lobby and carry back up which I thought was pretty long. Its a 5 star hotel, I would give it 4!
Not worth the money
Liked: Property is very spacious, the bed was extra king size bed and it was great.
Disliked: We had put the door tag to clean the room at 10am and we came back at around 9pm in the evening and the room was not cleaned. We were very furious. One of the reason to book a hotel (over Airbnb) is to have cleaning facility. Especially for someone with small kids, we mainly go on vacation to get away from house chores. Also the staff was not very warm. Had multiple instances. For example - At the time of the checkin - I said, Hi how are you, we are checking into the hotel. Response from staff - OKAYYY, GIVE ME THE PASSPORTS. The facilities were mediocre, there was no kettle as well for such a premium price. Lighting of the room was horrible as well, dark and depressing.
Two expensive for what you get
Liked: I love the area, I’ve stayed here 3 times before
Disliked: I was told I hadn’t booked breakfast for us, I explained I had and eventually the man at reception said it was all sorted, however it wasn’t and I was told we had to pay when we arrived for breakfast, I contact reception again and they agreed that the man on reception the night before lied to me, this kind of wasted the stay in the hotel

Liked: I didnt use any of these amenities. but the rooms were decent I just didnt like the doors of the toilets I felt like they dont give enough privacy.
Disliked: just the doors on the toilets and generally the bathroom area. also there was no ventilation inside the bathroom which is not ideal. there was also no sockets near the bed which I didnt like.
