Centrally located, friendliness and cleanliness
Liked: Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff
Disliked: It would be nice at least to have two bottles of water in the room
Only stayed one night and left early for airport next morning…Metro very close

Disliked: Aircon wasn’t brilliant as it was a big sunny room but it was fine

Liked: Location. Spacious room. Cozy and comfortable. More like an aparthotel.
Disliked: The recepcionist wasn't welcoming at chekin. There are no windows in the room what was a bit uncomfortable. No one to help you with your luggage. No waters are offered in the room.
Authentic, comfortable, spacious with an excellent breakfast!
Liked: The hotel has an authentic Portugese style with beautiful tile art on the outside of the building. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our suite was spacious with a beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent!

Liked: Especially a young girl on reception went out of her way to help me with directions and my phone connection. English was great.
