Exceptional
A small well-run hotel in the historic center of Luso
Liked: Tidy and well run. The staff were friendly and helpful. Pequeno almoço was simple and very good. Good location at the base of the Mata National Buçaco. Located in the historic center of Luso with access to shops and mercados. We'd stay there again.
Disliked: No coffee maker in the room. No electric kettle. Small but nice features for us.
Liked: Beautiful clean spacious room. Lovely light and fresh breakfast. Excellent location.
Disliked: Challenge speaking to the host who could not communicate in English. No tea/coffee facilities or mini fridge. Extreme caution when using the shower.
Liked: Beautiful room. Everything was spotless, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and professional. Great place to stay!
Liked: The rooms was spacious and confortable, and the location was very good, in the center of the village.
Disliked: The breakfast was very limited to what you usually see and very "continental". To someone that does not eat bread and cereals, there was not much available.

Liked: The hotel is pretty nice. Room is huge and clean. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: A bit noisy, breakfast was a bit poor, stuff was not really attentive, but overall all ok.
Liked: Everything. I was surprised not just by the hotel, but also with the nearby Bussaco forest. First of all, this hotel is so close to go visit this wonder of hiking and history exploring. But then, and because we focus the accommodation, I need to say this hotel is very well equipped and will provide you with a high quality stay. I want to leave a special note to the staff, who are present as you need them, and will assist you with anything. Thank you so much for everything! I also wish to underline the cleaning and class of this hotel(which would surely beat many 4 star ones I been to), to make it clear on how Luso can be so nice to enjoy from this hotel. Please visit it, as it surely is worth while!
