Exceptional
Do not stay here in winter due to lack of heating and dampness. Lack of refund received
Liked: The property was a good size and in summer would be ok
Disliked: The property was extremely cold and had insufficient heating to warm the building. There was a tiny oil radiator in the lounge as an aircon unit in the bedroom. We went to bed at 6.30pm to get warm but the bed was damp and so not useable. There was water running down the walls in the bathroom and dripping off the tiles. There was no heating in the bathroom at all. The microwave kept cutting out which concerned us and the boiler was so small you did not get enough to wash up before it turned cold and certainly would not have been enough for a shower. We contacted the owner Monica as we had to leave the property at 8pm without staying overnight as it would have jeopardised our health. Following liaison with Monica and Booking.Com we still have not received a refund.
Peaceful location and friendly host!!
Liked: Extremely clean and spacious house with a cute decor and equipped with everything needed - plenty of cutlery, crockery, towels, etc. Very quiet and scenic location. Monica and her parents were extremely friendly and generous. Hopefully we can come back soon.
Disliked: Everything exceeded our expectations. No negatives.
Comfortable and clean traditional house
Liked: Spacious, comfortable and clean traditional house. Only five minutes drive from Mertola. The kitchen was very well appointed. Great communication and very easy check in.
Disliked: Nothing.
