  Péniche is a fabulous holiday location and the Beach Avenue apartments was only a short walk to the beach

  Liked: Good location and big bedrooms. We were able to cook and eat outside on the big terrace. There was also a drying line on the terrace

  Cool place for short staying

  Would come back!

  Noisy, no cleaning, wouldn't stop anymore

  Disliked: the private bathroom was located OUTSIDE the room (you had to go out to the common corridor to get into the bathroom), this information was not indicated when booking. there is no reception in this guest house, it is located further down the street through the dogora (it is difficult to find, since there are no clear instructions in the description, and there are many other guest houses nearby). you can hear everything that happens outside the room (conversations of other guests, crying children, etc.). for 5 nights of stay, the room was never cleaned and towels were changed. 2 months before arrival, there was a need to cancel the reservation, but the owner refused to refund the money for the room.
