Exceptional
Nice place to stay in Baleal
Liked: Nice place to stay, great location and good vibes
Disliked: The bathroom is kind of part of the main room (door doesn’t close completely) which feels less private

I did not enjoy the room as it felt too industrial and smelled like old sewage

Disliked: The room smelled really badly. The bathroom smelled like urine and sewage that permeated the room.
A letdown compared to the advertised expectations; poor service and overpriced for what is offered
Liked: Good facilities, great décor and the mattress.
Disliked: I travel very frequently and speak from experience when making comparisons. What they offer is meager or poor considering the high rates they charge, more than 275 EUR05/night: a) have such poor bathrooms in the rooms: very small (under 3m²), worse than lowcost budget hotels, and smaller even than Japan's "mini-bathrooms"; they lack privacy, hinder movement, and feature doors that make a lot of noise while your companion is sleeping or allowing sounds to be heard from neighboring rooms. The advertised photos of the bathrooms do not reflect reality! b) be served a basic breakfast with a limited selection and no fresh bread. c) not be provided with a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival, especially when temperatures outside exceeded 35°C. d) fail to deliver the expected experience. e) express our dissatisfaction without receiving any response or explanation from management, despite our repeated efforts.

Liked: Location is good, staff is nice, and facilities are very nice as well, very into the surf scene.
Disliked: I would just say that, for the price paid I was expecting a bit more on the breakfast and room/bathroom size. Breakfast: Although I can say it has good quality products, it was just way too simple in terms of variety. Only the classic things, by now I would expect a place like that, at high rate, to have things like avocato or some nice healthy bread. I don't understand why the bacon and mushrooms, I don't see it as the classic english tourist hotel, so that's my input. That said, the few it had, it was of quality for sure. Room (twin bed): it would be way too small if I would go with another person and for more than two nights. I'm not a person to complain about prices because I always feel that the free market decides on this topic, but I felt it was way too expensive. I don't know hotel's rational on this, but this was one of the few times I felt significatly overcharged, it's not that it wasn't good, but not for such high price in my opinion. Anyway, the hotel may argue that it's the only way they can operate and pay costs, and if so I just need to agree with it.
