  Liked: Apartment was clean, however ran out of toilet roll.

  Disliked: When we arrived,.our flight was late in and a courier met us. We were unfamiliar with the complex. It was late. Taxi took us to location were courier met us with a key....I felt very intimidated, courier waiting with a helmet on him. Handed us 2 keys and basically said "2nd floor, big key opens door, smaller key.for gate leading into pool..when.stay complete leave key on table" and off he went!!!! We ran our if toilet roll No washing up liquid Single bed very creaky.

  Liked: Pool was lovely and there was a little local cafe just a few minutes walk to get coffee in the mornings. Furniture was nice and comfortable and apartment was more spacious than I thought would be which was nice. Shutters on the windows stopped the place heating up too much during the day

  Disliked: Only issue was air conditioning units dripping in 2 of the rooms so we didn't really use them, although thanks to the shutters that wasn't too bad. The double bed was quite uncomfortable but that's a subjective thing, we're just used to a firm mattress

  Liked: It was in a great location, with bright and spacious rooms. It had good facilities and a well maintained pool.

  Disliked: The stairs were a bit tough due to my knee injury:(

  A majority positive experience aside from the apartment being wet consistently and they’re not being any hot water

  Liked: Beautiful area and neighbourhood most days we found that we’d have the port to ourselves as we came during the week and the balcony was such a good space to enjoy evenings with a spacious living room as well.

  Disliked: Upon arrival the apartment had puddles of water from the air conditioning. A mop was provided in our stay but there was so much water. We couldn’t clean it all up especially as it kept dripping out. Also I was told a maintenance team would come to fix the boiler as we had no hot water for the entire stay. I reached out multiple times to try get this fixed but I was just told to plug in the heater at the wall which we did and nothing changed. Also, your team stopped responding to me so the issue was never solved.

  The pillow liners were discussing. It was a 5 days stay out of 43 due to a leak in the living room
