  Liked: Comfortable bed

  Disliked: The apartment is beside a church and the bell rings twice an hour. Thankfully it didn't ring between 11pm and 7am. The cushions and blanket on the couch smelled like mildew. The place needs a deep clean and refresh.

  Loved it. Pity my stay was so brief

  Liked: Location was great with good views of the clock tower and castelo. Bright and tastefully decorated. Also loved that there was a washing machine and heated towel rack.

  Disliked: Needing an app to find out how to use the appliances. Downloaded the app and scanned the QR code, got the property ok but error message for everything I clicked on. Paper copy onsite would be much easier

  Sesimbra is a good base to explore lovely beaches along the coast

  Liked: Lovely view. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay with thoughtfully added details for the guests.

  Disliked: The parking is a nightmare, very expensive and stressful because the car has to be moved after 3 hours. Also it has to be paid every day from 09.00 - 19.00 and 22.00 in summer.

  Liked: Clean and tidy, facilities new and good, view is good.

  Disliked: internet is not working, every 30 minutes rings from church at day, at nights very silent, but if some cars, or motorcycles sounds can disturb you,

"This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included)."This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
