  Liked: It is fake!!! no reception doesn't exist!!!! The phone number doesn't exist and I lost 54 euros!!!!!!! I want a refund!!!!!! The door doesn't have a system to open!!!!! I want my money back!!!!

  Don’t book here. It is a scam!!!!!!

  Disliked: This place is a scam. They have wording that is not visible about a deposit that is equivalent to 3 times the room rate and then don’t acknowledge it when wired. They left us without a place to stay and my bank confirmed that funds were sent as demanded.

  Nothing to remember but an hostile host

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: Window would not close and it’s winter. Cooking exhaust not working. Terrace enclosed by buildings. I see no sense in demanding a 200EUR returnable fee. It’s a property like all other that don’t require this. Also you have to share you banking account details via booking messages to get the refund. I’ve asked repeatedly for an invoice for weeks and the host simply ignores it. Does not even bother to answer!

  Don’t be fooled by the pictures..very misleading…

  Liked: Location and bed comfortable

  Disliked: Lots of damages on walls, decking broken outside the entrance, fridge freezer door handle broken off so wouldn’t close, toilet flush one side broken, bathroom sink loose, curtains half hanging off. Dangerous cobbles to walk up to entrance. No extra blankets in case cold, 1 cushion each instead of pillows. Only one bedside cabinet. No view as implied on pictures. Outside furniture dirty and not as advertised. Cleaning was not up to standard. I was very surprised to find out I needed to pay a €200 deposit before we arrived. Totally my fault but I’ve never experienced that with a booking.com booking before. I expected, because of this to get a beautiful apartment but on arrival, there was so many damages, I was left with no alternative but to make videos and take time stamped photos for my protection. The apartment needs a lot of care to warrant a deposit like that. I’ll admit it was located very well but felt more like student accommodation or a prison cell

  Unhelpful host, impossible checkin

  Liked: Listing looked great.

  Disliked: I was denied checkin and the host was very unhelpful and didn't reply in the end. I booked it saturday for saturday night, but when I tried to transfer the required deposit I found out it's impossible to make an instant IBAN transfer in the weekends. I messaged the host who said it was my problem, there was no other way to pay the deposit, and was very unhelpful and didn't even reply when I asked if we could then cancel the booking. I find it very unreasonable that it is possible to book the apartment on the same day in the weekends. It is literally impossible for any international person to transfer the required deposit in time. And the behaviour and ghosting from the host was really disheartening.
