Fabulous
Does not meet the 4star standard
Liked: Room upgrade. Much better room with a balcony and a view.
Disliked: Loose taps and balcony door handle just about falling apart.
Liked: Everything was great.
Disliked: Staff in the kitchen could be better informed on the allergies in their breakfast menu.

Liked: Lovely clean comfy nice balcony room was good
Disliked: No iron in the room or building, had to wear my clothes with crease. nothing in the area really quiet and empty have to go to central which is a 30min walk no beach either it’s an uber ride

Liked: I liked that it was a quiet hotel
Disliked: They did not replace the bed sheets. They made the made the bed everyday using the same ones.
Liked: One thing that could be improved is the seating in the room. There is a bed, a small working table and a soft bench, but no proper chairs. The room has a nice alcove with windows, which would be a perfect place for a couple of comfortable chairs and a small coffee table. This simple addition would make the room much more comfortable and pleasant.
Disliked: Within walking distance of the city centre and O Rei do Choco Frito, the hotel is located in a quiet area while still being close to all the main attractions. The breakfast was good, the rooms were quiet, and overall it is simply a good place to stay.
