Very good
Probably will avoid Novotels. Same price as others that offer a few amenities. They are using shortcuts
Liked: Nice staff, overall. Good burger in the restaurant.
Disliked: No conditioner, no lotion, tired decor, small rooms. Breakfast was the minimum expected.
Have stayed here twice and will be returning soon!
Liked: Friendly staff. Great location for yard festival and beaches!
Disliked: The swimming pool. No good acess to wheelchair
Liked: Nice and modern decor, extensive breakfast buffet, clean pool
Disliked: Receptionist is lacking customer service skills, caulking in bathrooms had black mold, smallish rooms, cigarette butts outside the window, playground area needs upgrading
