  No desire to go back

  Liked: The suite was very impressive. Was actually the highlight of Troia.

  Disliked: The hotel was very soulless. The hotel entrance was hidden somewhere round the side like an after thought. The casino was inadequate. Huge space, very empty, no atmosphere and no staff to open a black jack table! We left. There was nothing special about the beach. No nice beach restaurant. No service. Was a complete anti climax

  good choice for a weekend

  Liked: The view from the room, parking access very convenient, breakfast

  Disliked: TV is the room is a JOKE.. size ridiculous from the room, VERY VERY SMALL!!! definitely the worst TV I have ever seen in a Hotel of this category.

  Great breakfast, amazing bed but too expensive for the number of flaws

  Liked: The beds are really comfortable and the apartment is really spacious. The breakfast is really good (props for the waffles and honeycombs).

  Disliked: For a 5 star there are several things failing. AC does not turnoff despite the weird instructions. This was unpleasant as we had a newborn. We asked the staff to look at it. They said they would but nothing was done. The kitchen utilities are not available right away. You need to request that separately and choose between two knifes or three. A bit weird to be counting stuff when you have such a big apartment. They claim it’s because of hygiene reasons but then they provided a very dirty pan to us. We spent one week there and the toilet utilities were never replaced. Washing machine didn’t open. There were also a few boring things when cleaning the room. One time they didn’t put the cofee capsules they are supposed, then other time they didn’t put a clean bathroom rug back. There was one time our apartment was not cleaned and we had to remind the staff. On that same day to compensate us, one of the staff knocked at our door at 10pm (yes,pm) to present us with 3 chocolates (very weird). Gym is way too small. It’s not only about the number of machines but the space is way too tiny. Also, there was one time at 9.3am where there was no water or clean towels.

Please note that the Standard Rooms, Standard Studios and Standard Apartments are located on the lower floors of the hotel. These rooms and apartments do not have a view.

Confirmation of ownership will be made upon presentation of an official identification document. If you are not the owner or intend to pay at the hotel with a different credit card from the one used to guarantee the reservation, the hotel will refund any amount already charged on the card used as guarantee. Full payment of the reservation will be made in person using the new credit card provided.
