  Enjoyed the stay, the balcony, the view and the room and would go again. It was good value, just a bit of a shame it’s

  Liked: Good location overlooking the ferry harbour and a short walk into town. Large room with a sunny balcony with a great sea view. Comfy bed.

  Disliked: Needs a bit of maintenance and tlc. WC didn’t flush, was reported and acknowledged but no one came to fix the issue. Drains a bit smelly at times. There’s a small communal kitchen but it was scruffy.

  Good place

  Liked: Location (right opposite the ferries to Troia and within walking distance of most of the old city), comfort, roof terrace, amenities (washer), sound insulation, AC works well and is relatively silent.

  Disliked: Not always easy to communicate with the property, including check-in (two separate instructions given). Decoration is sensitive but is starting to show its age.

  Disliked: The photos of the property and the room on the website don't match the reality. The rooms are dirty, dusty, and smell bad. The promised amenities aren't there. The curtains are full of holes and tears. The faucet in the tiny bathroom sink is broken. We didn't leave only because it's late. You need refund the amount paid tomorrow morning. Further to what has already been stated, among other things, the presence of train tracks right next to the room, with the resulting noise and vibrations, prevents sleep. In addition, the surrounding landscape is degraded and dilapidated, and there is a strong sewer smell in the bathroom, where the shower, lacking shampoo, has an unsanitary stained curtain. I reiterate that you must refund the amount paid, reserving all rights and remedies for any damages suffered and to be suffered.

  Good room, location, & staff. I would stay again

  Liked: The room had a comfortable bed, mini refrigerator, wardrobe, air conditioner, and a balcony with a view of the water. There was also a washing machine on the 2nd floor. We arrived in Setubal hours earlier that the 16:00 check in time and the management team allowed us to leave our bags at their office, which was a short distance away.

  Disliked: A minor nuisance was the key fob for our room didn't work so we had to enter a code. This property did have a shared kitchen, but it was lacking dishes, cups, utensils, & cookware. There was also a lot of ants that were come from access stairs to the rooftop seating area.

  Liked: The location was good because we were going to Soltroia and the ferry was close. We never saw any staff, Í needed á towel and I called all the numbers and no one answered. The room was clean but all other places were sad looking. Í looked for the roof balcony and found it through the kitchen. The balvony had a lots of dead plants and not been swept fór a long time. And the lid of the toilet in the bathroom squeeked só terribly Í ám sure it woke everyone up.
