Fabulous
Liked: Great location, clean rooms.
Disliked: No water in fridge, no parking info. Lack of parking spaces. No soaps in bathroom.
Just amazing. Exactly what we needed
When you just need to breathe and relax from the busy city, with a hint of history and castles
Liked: We were very positively surprised with Porta da Arrábida. The facilities are as the pictures show. It's super clean and the staff was always so kind and professional with us. We had to make several changes to our stay, for personal reasons and again the staff was so accommodating. Being it online or physically. The surrounding area is beautiful and you can walk everywhere, to just sightseeing or to access transportation. Strongly recommend!

"No response" Feb 27th, to be safe I decided to request a second room and received a booking confirmation. When reviewing my VISA statement the first reservation shows CAD $ 580.98 the second reservation CAD $ 625.49 a difference of CAD$ 44.51….Would you kindly return this amount to my VISA account......

Liked: Not a lot, the double aircon for heating was good though
Disliked: Maybe I wasn’t lucky cause I had the ground floor room But it all needs a bit of love and updating

Disliked: The check in process was fully automated The site that required passport info would not work No one was at the hotel Everything was done on line
