Good
Fantastic stay a lovely welcoming hotel
Liked: I simply loved the hotel, the outdoor pool garden is just beautiful, the water is pleasant refreshing, the hotel makes a pleasant professional impression, the breakfast and dining areas are clean and inviting, with a varied menu for dinner, the staff is very friendly, it all looks good. I had a large 2-part room with seaview (separate bedroom and livingroom/kitchen) which gave a lot of space, 2 balconies, and a magnificient sea view that just made my day. Everything was *very* clean. I would not hestitate one second to come back here. Location is central, everything is within short walking distance including all beaches. I have seen reviews where people downrate the hotel and complain everything is worn down and doesn't live up to standards, but that's not true, it is really nice and enjoyable.
Disliked: I like soft to very soft mattresses, and here the mattresses were HARD. This took a toll on my back, especially the first two nights. This would be the main reason for not coming back, it takes away a bit of the joy. The food (dinner) at the restaurant is so-so, it wasn't as exciting as I had expected it, given how varied the offerings are. Deserts were really good though. I ate there mostly because of convenience. It passes, but there is room for improvement. The hotel rates itself as 5 stars, that's a little too much, but 4 stars would be appropriate.

Liked the location lifts are a bit old and slow 2 tiny lifts for 16 floor meant there was some long waits even though it
Liked: It was okay a bit quiet maybe staff weren’t unpleasant but seemed completely useless if I’m honest bar staff weren’t okayish
Disliked: Bed are like concrete not very comfortable at all
