  Best location

  Liked: Lovely downtown in the old town very close to all the tourist spots.

  Disliked: The fact that diners were able to keep drinking and making a noise well beyond midnight. Affected my ability to sleep.

  Excellent location & host, comfortable accommodation, everything you need for a trip to Tavira

  Liked: The room was spacious, comfortable and ideal for two people. Breakfast is a real bonus and gives you everything to start the day with boost. Apartment is right in the middle of the old town very close to the old Roman bridge and easy access to loads of restaurants and shops. Miguel is the perfect host, attentive as needed, and in the background when not.

  Disliked: The apartment itself ticks all boxes, the only consideration is around car parking. You will need to pre-plan your parking in advance. There is paid street parking or a free public car park a short distance walk along the river, however spaces are always limited.

  Liked: We were moved to a different property. Nice room and location

  Disliked: When we arrived we were told that the air conditioning was not working so we were moved to a different property. The following morning there was a concrete truck right outside our window which did not stop for several hours. I think that the people who were in the room we ended up in complained and were moved to the location that we had reserved. Very suspect. The room we ended up in was very nice but the noise was ridiculous

  Good value for money. Lovely owner and staff

  Liked: The breakfast was excellent. Miguel, the owner was super efficient and we had great chats and lots of laughs. Restaurants were literally 3 meters from the hotel's front door.

  Disliked: Parking was a challenge but that is not the hotel's fault. I had a 10 mins walk to the hotel once I had park my car. This was no big deal for me.
