  Great location and space. Noisy upstairs

  Liked: Good location, spacious. Main house had an open kitchen+living room, 3 rooms and 1 bathroom. Comfortably spacious. One bath room outside. One suite (with bathroom) outside. A large patio with fire place.

  Disliked: The only bad thing for us was the hostel that exists on top of it. It’s a 2 floors house. The ground floor is where we stayed. The 1st floor is a hostel. Which was quite noisy for a couple of days during the late hours of the night. And since there’s no insulation between floors, it just adds to the noisy aspect.

  Liked: Loved the location and fully equipped kitchen. We come to Vila Nova a couple of times a year as we love it there. Definitely recommend for families or a group of friends to stay in Casa Luz 😊

  Disliked: The bottle openers were broken so we had to buy one. Also the bottom sheets were too small for our bed and kept coming off throughout the night, which was pretty annoying. Apart from that everything else was great!

  Great place to stretch out and relax!

  Liked: This is a full condo so facility-wise it was awesome! Full fridge and even a bag of ice in the freezer! The location is in a quiet neighborhood and there's a mercado just a couple blocks away. We only stayed one night after hiking the Fishermans Trail from Porto Covo and were exhausted, but our luggage had already made it to the house.

  Disliked: There is a youth hostel above this apartment and I was afraid that it might be noisy, but it wasn't. (In fact the hostel manager helped us locate Casa Luz as we couldn't quite figure out the house number.

  Overnight in Milfontes

  Liked: A spacious house with an outdoor area. Good value for 4 bedrooms. Good location on the Rota Vicentina.

  Disliked: A little old fashioned, but overall comfortable. 4th bedroom a little tight. Coffee machine but no pods.
