  Disliked: I have not enjoyed sleeping there, the bed and mattress were awful. The hotel really needs to update mattress, at least in the room I’ve stayed.

  Fine but too expensive for what it was

  Liked: The location was close to the Main Street so everything was easy to reach but still quiet

  Disliked: Everything was a little shabby and old, the room had a very strong musty smell and we had ants in the apartment. One call to the reception and the cleaning staff did take care of this though. The bed is very small and not very comfortable.

  Unfortunately, my experience during a one-week holiday stay was well below my expectations

  Disliked: The Wi-Fi did not work during our stay and, despite trying to contact the 24-hour reception on 960 320 025, nobody answered. Furthermore, the room was infested with ants, so we had to be extremely careful with food and make sure it was properly stored. I also found the photos advertised on Booking.com to be misleading, as they give a much more favourable impression of the property than the reality. The swimming pool is actually little more than a small plunge pool, apparently only suitable for children. The water quality also raised concerns, as there did not appear to be an automatic filtration system in operation. Overall, these issues significantly affected the quality of our stay. I expected better facilities, service, cleanliness and maintenance, especially for accommodation intended for holiday stays.

  Disliked: Experiência PÉSSIMA!! O quarto estava infestado de formigas, incluindo na cama, o que tornou completamente impossível dormir. Tivemos de lidar com esta situação durante a noite, algo que é manifestamente inaceitável num alojamento. Após reportarmos o problema, esperávamos, no mínimo, uma atitude responsável por parte do hotel. No entanto, não só recusaram qualquer tipo de compensação, como ainda alegaram que o problema deveria ter sido reportado a meio da noite. É incompreensível esperar que os hóspedes, em vez de descansarem, passem a madrugada a fazer telefonemas e a procurar soluções para um problema que é da inteira responsabilidade do alojamento. Ainda antes do check out, reportamos esta situação às funcionárias de limpeza ao qual responderam "Sim, é uma situação conhecida desse quarto e estamos com dificuldades em resolver". MAS COMO É POSSÍVEL ALUGAREM UM QUARTO ASSIM SE JÁ SABIAM DO PROBLEMA? Aproveito para reportar ainda que o jacuzzi encontrava-se sujo, com a água esverdeada, evidenciando uma falta de manutenção e higiene que exige uma limpeza urgente. O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava e após reportarmos esta situação logo após o check in a resposta que tivemos foi "vamos ter que ver com um técnico", coisa que para a nossa estadia foi imposível de ter a funcionar, tendo que dormir a noite toda com a janela aberta. Infelizmente, a forma como o hotel geriu esta situação foi tão dececionante como os próprios problemas encontrados. Não recomendamos este alojamento.
