Exceptional
Despite the small hiccups, I would definitely stay here again. Very good!
Liked: The location is spectacular, if not the best. The cleanliness and amenities inside the apartment were very good, and it was very well equipped. The host was very attentive and kind with any matter.
Disliked: There was a mishap with the key delivery, but it got sorted after a couple of hours due to a logistics glitch. Also, the building was doing some outside renovations. This is just a temporary thing while they do facade maintenance, but the construction work takes up the parking spots, so you have to park on another street a bit further away. There was also some debris and dirt around because of it. Anyway, everything was resolved without any issue and it was nothing serious.
Liked: Clean, well-lit, well-equipped and quite spacious. The location is not central but quite okay, indeed close to the beach promenade as the names suggests plus also can be easily reached by cheap & dependable public transportation (buses #3, 3A, 12A and 14). Groceries are available nearby, but for good restaurants, you need to go further since this is a purely reisdential area. Entry instructions were timely and clear.
Disliked: Nothing really remarkable. The building is under renovation and there's scaffolding on the outside, but no work was ongoing during our stay, so not disturbing.
Mala experiencia - engañosa
Disliked: Mala experiencia. El portal/escaleras no son salubres y huele realmente mal. Las supuestas vistas a la ciudad son las de las imágenes. No hay nada cerca y para ir a la ciudad hay que coger taxi. Tampoco hay bañera de hidromasaje, es una ducha. Y bueno, sí está a 50 metros del paseo marítimo, pero en una parte del mismo en la que no hay nada y no se puede hacer nada.

Liked: La ubicación para lo que queríamos estaba genial.
Disliked: Que el edificio por fuera estaba en obras 6 había mucho polvo para mí hija alérgica y en la cocina los gabinetes tenían un poco de dolor a guardado o humedad.
Liked: Xheck in and check out was easy the place and location is amazing. Appartment is very clean jusu missing the dish washer but we are happy at the end. recomended for everyone
