Liked: Location and behaviour of the staff wasexcellent

Lovely room, adequate for our stay. Not a good value compare to others places
Liked: Staff was very nice. Room was clean and generally comfortable. I liked the closet space.
Disliked: It is so difficult to find this hotel. The GPS directions are completely wrong and the entry point is not obvious. We had to circle around 3 times to find it. Getting in and out of the parking garage was awkward. We would press the button and had to sit there a while waiting for the door or gate to rise. No coffee machine in room, which made me sad. Very high price; we paid much less in Portugal for more amenities.

Disliked: The people at the reception were arrogant. The room was expensive and in addition, the parking was.not free
