Good
Liked: It's a small and quiet place
No frills accommodation a stone's throw from the Sta. Cristina strip
Liked: Ideally located near the Santa Cristina 'strip' and hence near the beach. Amenity-wise, it's extremely basic (you're just paying for the room) but the bed was comfy and the staff lovely, especially the lady owner. There's also a reasonably-priced Familia supermarket next door, which is handy for any essentials you might need and the free parking in the supermarket's car park during your stay is a boon.
Disliked: WiFi was atrocious, and the tiny lift won't fit more than three people in it: when entering on the ground floor, the lift base wobbled, which was disconcerting.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: This is a very low grade hotel that has seen better days. The rooms and bathrooms need to be updated. It Is overpriced for what is on offer.
Paper thin walls make it difficult to rest
Liked: Free parking.
Disliked: Paper thin walls could hear the people int the next room talking, people in the hall and elevator. No AC and window could only open a crack, no fan.

Disliked: Walls are thin so you hear the noises but we just overnight so it was manageable
