Exceptional
Liked: Lovely flat, helpful and friendly staff, very good location, modern and very practical flat with all amenities, good mattress, comfy couch as well as both TVs working with netflix included. Left coffee pods and for us to consume as well as croissants, beers and water. Excellent and why I give it 10/10
Disliked: Can be a bit noisy in the night on the street due to people sometimes shouting out but slept well all the same.
Outstanding accommodation providing excellent value for money
Liked: We spent five days at this accommodation and enjoyed everything about it. The location was ideal for us being only a short walk from the train station and there are plenty of shops and supermarkets very close by so we were able to get what we needed easily. It was only a short walk to the waterfront and the old town too which was convenient for sightseeing and eating out. As for the apartment itself it was quite outstanding. We were met on arrival and handed the keys and also shown where everything was. The owner had also generously provided a complimentary supply of tea, coffee, jam and other condiments and even milk and beer in the fridge. And I mustn’t forget the platter of delicious croissants which were most welcome after our journey to get there. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and tidy and extremely well equipped with everything we needed including a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and heating came on automatically in the evening and early in the morning. Wifi is provided free of charge and there is a good connection. In summary my wife and I were extremely impressed by every aspect of this accommodation and have no hesitation in giving it the highest possible recommendation. If we ever return to A Coruña this is definitely the place we would want to stay.
Disliked: There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about this accommodation.
Superb
Liked: Very well equipped, lots of space, very comfortable. 25 minutes walk from City Centre, and beaches; similar to railway station, and about 30 minutes walk from Museo Estrella Galicia
Disliked: Even though the temperature was only in low 20's, without AC the only way to keep property at comfortable temperature was by having all the windows open, which let in a lot of external noise. For some reason they wouldn't tell me the best place to park until we had met to collect the keys, and therefore had already had to find a parking place. The best place to park isFabrica de Tabacos, which is about 7 minutes walk away and costs €16.90 per day.
The best apartment I have stayed in
Liked: This is without doubt the best property I have ever stayed in. The welcome was personal and warm. The apartment itself was fantastically equipped. The owner had left cold beers and water in the fridge and a selection of pastries for my use. It included very modern washing and drying machines. It was so clean and spacious with lovely books about A Coruna to read.
Disliked: It was super perfect!
