Exceptional
The stay was overall good. However what I found most disappointing was the staff member who kept accusing me of taking&#
Liked: Good location and good overall facilities
Disliked: I did not appreciate how the staff member kept insisting that I had taken a curtain!!! A curtain that was never there! Yes a curtain?!!! Which I’m still puzzled about. Also the code machine when entering the actual apartment, it needs a few attempts before it works.
Good facilities
Liked: Good facilities. Great location and living space.
Disliked: Thermostat wasn't working. Window can be opened so no issue.
Liked: Nice apt and location.
Disliked: Getting in using the door code was a problem. We ended up having to make several calls the first two days. The staff were nice when we called but it was an issue.
Would recommend to others, some room for improvement on minor things that can be quickly remedied
Liked: Check in and check out were easy. Easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp. Quick to respond to questions regarding where the clothing iron was. They were willing to send someone out to address a concern of ours. A basic set of one laundry pod, two dishwashing pods, one small bottle of dishwashing soap, new sponge, and drying towel provided. We did not end up using the clothes' washer. Terrace is large. Beds & bathrooms were clean, as were the towels. Soap, body gel, shampoo, and conditioner available in both bathrooms. There was an absolutely delightful cross breeze when the doors were opened. Spacious. There is a Dia market right around the corner which was well-stocked. Plenty of dishware for our group of four. Beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood; the loudest neighbors were the seagulls. Would stay again.
Disliked: I would have enjoyed having furniture available out on the terrace, as was pictured. The escalators were inconsistently on, so we did have to drag our heavy suitcases up and down (we knew this was a property that required stairs to access, and so it was not an issue. That said, if you have mobility difficulties, take this into account). Elevator in the building itself worked great. Some more attention to detail in the more overall cleaning would be welcome.
Liked: Comfy accommodation, which felt like brand new. It was perfect for our few days exploring A Coruña.
Disliked: Our one bedroom was a studio, as there wasn't a wall between the bedroom and living/kitchen area which we wasn't expecting, although this wasn't a problem. Also to get to the accommodation you have to go up stairs or an escalator so its not very pushchair/wheelchair friendly.
Fantastic, clean, stylish and quiet place
Liked: Very stylish and comfortable place with good communication and no fuss check in and out. Everything made clear and everything as advertised. Fantastic blackout shutters! Quiet area. We'll be back.
Disliked: The only issue for some may be the lack of road access, but it's a few steps away so wouldn't be a problem for most people - it certainly didn't make any difference to us but we didn't have a car.
