Not suitable for 4 people
Liked: The location is great there is no doubt about that but it has to be noted that Taxis can not pick you up or drop of in that street and we were on the 3rd floor with a small narrow staircase and 4 large suitcases to get up.
Disliked: This is not an apartment for 4 people. Maximum 2!!! 2 small comfortable twin beds are on the top floor but for two more you use the sofa bed, which even with the provided mattress topper was like sleeping on stones and sticks. Also the no key systems is awful. First of all you don't just need to check in online (which is common in Spain and fine) but you have to give your card details for the tourist tax (which is only mentioned in small print in bookings) in order to get their system key to open the doors. We were not the only ones outside the door trying to figure out how that works. As for cleanliness the shower had black mold all around the bottom where the silicone sealer is clearly not doing it's job anymore. Also the balcony decking is broken.
Liked: Location was great, very comfortable
Disliked: Very noisy weekend evenings Parking was great and close. It is in the tunnel as you approach, did not know that so got a little lost
Liked: Apartamento muy céntrico, va todo con aplicación pero es muy fácil y cómodo. Todo estaba limpio y las camas son cómodas.
Disliked: Hay mucho ruido de la calle durante la mañana. Por la noche después de las cenas se queda vacía y se descansa bien.
Great location, but no parking, big strerss during the registration and getting inside
Liked: Excellent location of the apartment. Apartment was nice and cosy.
Disliked: The parking place is rather far and the price of it is high. Especially if you want to stay more that one night. Another disaster is totally automatic registration and getting inside. You will never get inside if your phone is not charged, is broken or stolen. It will be impossible to get inside if you don't have internet. Also I don't understand how another people from my group can get inside, because this is the remote access accesible only from my phone. I had a big problem with registration. I paid 86 euro to Booking and I had to pay during the registration 8 euro more (tourist tax). But it was written in the registrartion form that I have to pay 94 + 8 (tourist tax). Only next day after mailing to Booking and to the apartment this price was corrected. But I spent a lot of time doing that and I get access to the apartment less that one hour before arrival. Finally I didn't contact with any assistant, everything was made authomatically. It was very stressful.
Charged twice - No refund and ignored
Liked: A terrible experience. Do not. Recommend it at all. Do yourself a favor and read the Google reviews before you consider booking it.
Disliked: My main issue was that I was asked to pay twice, as if not, their website wouldn't generate the codes for the check-in. I assumed that one of those payments, either through booking or through them, would be reverted, which did not happen. When contacted about that, the accommodation confirmed that the overpayment did happen and that they would issue a refund. That did not happen, and halfway through the process thy startrd to ignore all my attempts to reach them. When I started reading the comments, i realized that this is not unusual, and the host's responses to the Google reviews show a lot about the way that this property is managed. Apart from that, the area it's quite noisy, and the system to acess the accomodation it's rather complicated. Please do not ignore the reviews as i did, and book somewhere else to stay.
A good place to stay clean and well located excellent relationship price/value
Liked: It’s a new property, well located and quiet place
Disliked: The customer service during testing proceses that I had some issues with the door opening and at the beginning checking in processes
