Please refund as it was not what I contracted for

Disliked: I was not provided the property I contracted for in the pictures. Even see above the picture is what i was supposed to have, the terrace in my booking confirmation, but i was provided a much inferior inside view. I advised immediately and they insisted it was right. I asked for refund but have been denied. I did not stay and paid for something elsewhere.

Brilliant holiday in Santa Lucía apartment again, Location is fantastic, near everything!

Liked: Great location, spotless well maintained apartment, very comfortable beds. Master bedroom with en-suite is lovely. Also blackout shutters essential. Nice to have a kettle! Lovely spacious open plan living area /kitchen. Great modern apartment.

Disliked: Another sofa would be nice, bins in the bathroom, also a shower mat. The apartment is soulless, no artwork or homely touches. You can’t see the sky! Views of other apartments, however lovely and quiet as we weren’t facing the lovely square that comes alive at the weekends.

Plenty of positives, but one too many negatives to return

Liked: First, the pros - the location is excellent, almost unbeatable for A Coruna. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and pretty comfortable. The terrace was nice, the living room comfortable to lounge in and relax. The bed.... 6.5/10. Not the best, not the worst. The shower was good, powerful, warmed up quickly. There were plenty of towels, ample cutlery / plates etc. It was easy to find, and gain access to the property.

Disliked: Then the cons... Everything felt a bit sterile. From the AI assistant who "helped" with the booking, to the door code access, to the apartment itself - there's zero soul. I used to want to stay in apartments over hotels in a new city as I'd feel more in touch with the place I was going. It's the complete opposite now. It's also lacking in those "homely" touches - no washing liquid, one dishwasher tablet... it feels like you're staying in an empty gallery rather than a loved and lived in apartment. The lack of human touch, the lack of soul in the apartment (everything is white, and a bit plastic and fake) it all just feels so robotic. Oh - there's also a desperate need for curtains in the bedroom. That room gets so bright at the crack of dawn, and a flimsy net curtain does nothing for a lie in. There's no AC, and no fan, so we had the window open which leads to a lot of noise from the other apartments (there's this central 'courtyard' / opening thing which just echoes any whisper) and combined with the light, it wasn't great for a nights sleep.

Bad service in a good location

Liked: Location is great Balcony is nice

Disliked: Shower drain dysfunctional (according to older reviews already for a long time) which floods the bathroom and makes that bathroom door does not close Sofa bed was not made even though it was clear we would be with 4 persons Insufficient bed linnen and despite complaints no one of the staff came or even offered to resolve Building quite noisy Communication mostly via chatbot that cannot resolve issues

Comfortable, recently refurbished apartment in a great location

Liked: It was very clean and recently refurbished. The location was excellent- near the beach and the historical center. The communication with the staff was good as well. Everything that we requested was provided, thanks a lot for your job.

Disliked: The shower is a bit tricky. Water ends up on the bathroom floor if you use a normal shower stream.
