  A Lovely Stay with a Few Disappointments

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The food was delicious, with a good variety of dishes, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The animation team did a fantastic job, organizing fun activities and entertainment every day, so there was always something to enjoy. The atmosphere was lovely, the hotel was well maintained, and everything contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We had a great time and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant holiday!

  Disliked: There were just a couple of things we were disappointed with. We booked a room with a sea view and paid extra for it, but our room was on the first floor, and the buildings across the road completely blocked the view of the sea. In this case, paying extra for a sea-view room was not worth it. We also had an all-inclusive package, but the cocktails were dispensed from a machine and had an artificial taste. Unfortunately, they were not very enjoyable.

  Liked: The location is wonderful, right next to the beach. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast and dinner was good. The public areas and general cleanliness were very good. The daily entertainment for both adults and children was a fun addition.

  Disliked: Maintenance Issues: We stayed in an apartment (not a main hotel room). The apartment needs major renovations. Specific Problems: The shower mixer leaked, the shower soap holder was broken, the shower door did not close properly, and the balcony lights did not work. Major Incident: On our last night, condensation from the old air conditioner leaked heavily from the ceiling. We had to empty a bucket of water every three hours, which meant we could not sleep. Service Failure: Because it was high season, the hotel could not move us to another room and offered no compensation for the ruined night.

  The best thing about this stay is that we didnt have to spend too much time at the hotel

  Liked: Location was great and staff was nice.

  Disliked: The room was way too small (it was not 25m2 as advertised). The food was ok. The rooms were very poorly isolated and there was music (from the hotel) playing every evening until 23-23:30. Our kid woke up several times. It was not relaxing at all.
