Liked: The property was very nice. The pool area was lovely breakfasts were good and a fair choice. Rooms and kitchenette lounge and balcony had everything you needed. Liked the walk in shower
Disliked: The pool was unseated. The rooms were well appointed but could do with modernising - people should be aware no lift so rooms on 1st and 2nd floors were difficult with cases - ground floor room would have been lovely for us oldies and no help with cases

Liked: My kids enjoyed the pool and also how close was to the beach and restaurants. Room was comfortable.
Not worth the money - not value for money!
Liked: Good location - that's it really!
Disliked: The overall place is really in need of a spruce up. We have been to the Flora many times over the years and the decline is really significant. The pool area is dirty - the beds are not cleaned up each night so anything underneath is just left (old tissues, rubbish etc.) none of which is picked up by the people who left i or the staff. The cleaning of the apartments is also basic - our balcony was not cleaned when we arrived nor the whole visit. Also, money went missing from purse which i contacted the hotel about but they have not replied to me despite a couple of chase ups and them saying they would. All in all it was awful to see how run down the place has become - the bathrooms are dirty, the beds are really uncomfortable and it is not good value for money at all.
