Fabulous
We enjoyed our stay very much - our family loved the pool and gardens
Liked: Super villa, spacious & comfortable with AC in bedrooms. Lovely pool & outdoor areas. Plenty of outdoor seating all around property to take advantage of sunshine or shade. Easy parking on road outside villa. Amenities all within easy walking distance.
Disliked: Lack of kitchen utensils if you like to prepare food. Loud music from adjacent hotel at times
Liked: Excellent location, pool was lovely, table tennis table and multiple eating areas meant you could move around throughout the day which was nice. It sounds weird but the plumbing is excellent, something I've found rare in villas around different islands. Shower is always warm.etc.
Disliked: The beds were a bit uncomfortable:(
Liked: We liked it was very private. The garden is spacious and nice. Enough room for our 5 person-family.
Disliked: There are a LOT of moskitos and only one bathroom has moskito-net so its not possible to leave the doors or windows open. We had 3 rainy days and nothing didnd dry. All towels and clothes where wet. The house doesnt have bathroom radiator (I dond know the correct word). Floors are very cold in october. No vacum cleaner. We were 2 weeks and its really needed for long stay. The kitchen could be better equipped. We had only one big towel per person. We had to use the same towel in beach and in shower:( Its not a big cost to offer 2 towels per person and its a lot more comfortable for customer. Usually in houses and flats you can find salt, pepper, suggar, soaps and so on. But there was just a very mini starting package. We prefere to use salt/pepper, liquid soaps and fairy "left overs", so no need to buy everything new in big package. This time we had to buy everything. It was new to us. I dont know if its this house only or Mallorca style. The pillows are terrible:( We changed them all. Check-in is 17.00 (its really late time for check in for me). Check-out was 10.00 am!!! Thats ridiculous! As our house was free next whole week, I asked late check out. 12.00 would have been great. Nobody answered to me. When we arrived, I also asked if we could go to house earlier (we hanged around 3 ours just to wait our house check in time) and they answered they will let us know if house is ready... Well... nobody didnt let us know. In our opinion, the house and service could offer more for the price. It is rather a more expensive price range and we decided to afford it this time, but we were not completely satisfied. The house should be invested a little more.

Great holiday
Liked: Villa was amazing, great outdoor space. Air con was a must in bedrooms! Check in and out seemless, cleaning unobtrusive. Pool and table tennis were a hit with whole family. Dishwasher was great addition!
Disliked: Nothing, music from nearby hotel didn't bother us, some mosquitos but nothing major.

Disliked: if someone comes to work here - I would not rely on the Internet; we appreciate heated swimming pool - this one didn't have it

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of those hours. New keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests are required to remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged.
