  Liked: Excellent location for bus to Palma.

  Disliked: Access was probematic, one couple locked us out in nearby kounge. It took us a considerable time to fill in over elaborate personal information on control panel. Noisy at night, hearing buzzer going several times late at night,& had to complain to one couple making a racket going up the staircase. Not much soundproofing so unlikely to book another Boutique Hotel

  Liked: Good location in the old town.

  Disliked: Ate breakfast out. The toilet was behind a glass screen visible to anybody in the bedroom. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Normally stay in hotels in Alcudia itself. Will do so in future as more amenities to hand and staff easily contacted for assistance if required

  Nice 4 days

  Liked: Great location nice big rooms

  Disliked: No coffee and tea facilities. We weren’t allowed to use the bath due to water restrictions so plug had been removed. But my brothers room had a bath with a plug and they were allowed to use it?
