Fabulous
Very disappointing holiday, couldn't wait to leave the place
Liked: location was on a quiet street, close to bars and restaurants and 10 minute walk to the beach. There was nothing to like about the accommodation.
Disliked: Outside area in need of attention, chair cushions filthy, nappy at bottom of pool. Upstairs bedroom awful had very small window thank goodness no one had to sleep there. Other bedrooms very basic hard mattresses, dirty lampshades and aircon inefficient in one room. Kitchen area old and dirty, saucepans, crockery and cutlery need replacing. Small ants/mites in cupboards on crockery and in cereal which had to be throw away. Shower head in one bathroom corroding which had sharp edge and caused a nasty cut. No information pack about the accommodation or emergency numbers for nearest doctor etc.
Amazing and cozy stay
Liked: Amazing stay in general! Very cozy, so we felt as home! You have everything needed inside. Great location. You can easily park the car near the house if needed.

Liked: The accommodation is pleasant, and the house well equipped with a yard around.
Disliked: The swimming pool is bit small and the AC a bit noisy.
Our stay at the house was beyond our expectations and we were very pleased
Liked: The location of the property is brilliant, it is within walking distance of all arenas of Alcudia. However it is far enough to not have any noise disturbance and be based on a quieter street.
Disliked: I like how easy the location of the house made it to get around the area. The outside are is also great and provides a nice space to spend time in.
Great villa for a calm family or group stay
Liked: Pros: - spacious house and garden with 2 bathrooms, 2 dining areas and 3 chill areas – fit 5 people with comfort - walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, cafes - fully equipped - stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and clothes washing machine - WiFi is super speedy like 300Mb/s, tho works only inside the house - quiet street, tho there is a mountain view - big garden with sun-beds and trees with limes for cocktails:)
Disliked: Cons: - 2nd floor room is not okay for the adult as you hit your head on the roof - 2nd floor room matress is small and overly soft for adult – you drown and have back aches later - WiFi works well only inside, outside the speed is very low and connection is spotty
Very good
Liked: The house is nice, in a residential neighbourhood but close to supermarkets, bars and clubs by walking. It’s very easy to park. Swimming pool is small but really nice, the terrace is top for breakfast and dinner. All equipment are functional (stove, washing machine, dishwasher, AC). Daniel is nice and very reactive. We were 2 and enjoyed this house
