Liked: Good selection of everything
Everything you need from a resort hotel
Liked: The public areas are modern, bright and airy and kept clean and tidy throughout the day. The breakfast offer is extensive and varied and of good quality and waiting staff were busy and attentive when required. Reception were available and very helpful throughout our stay and offered a warm and professional service. The room was comfortable with efficient air conditioning and reasonable space in the seating area. The kitchenette is small but perfectly adequate to prepare drinks and snacks
Disliked: The breakfast coffee machines were a bit unreliable and produced mixed results.
Liked: Great location, hotel short walk from the beach and all amenities. Friendly staff, shoutout to Vanessa from Germany at the front desk who made us feel very welcome from start to finish. Breakfast was delicious. We ate dinner once which was lovely. The apartment was kept clean and well maintained. We came to Mallorca for a four-night break. We rented a Vespa nearby which was great for exploring Alcudia old town and visiting Port De Polleca. We didn't use the pool Highly recommend this hotel for a short or long break. Playa De Murro is a gorgeous area. First time visiting Mallorca and I know we will be back.
Disliked: The fan/ Ac wasn't that strong. It was okay as the weather averaged 30 degrees.
Liked: Everything besides the smell in the room
