Very good
Very good hotel with delicious food and exceptional service
Liked: Amazing food and great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend it, for sure will come back again!

Pleasant stay
Liked: We loved our stay, honestly. I’m a person who always complains about cleanliness, food, etc. However, in this case, the beach was amazing, and the hotel was good as well. Therefore, you will need to consider mostly seeing elderly people which we haven’t checked before arrival. Every day, if you need to change towels, there is no issue. We used spa once, was good, hamam and swim pool. In general was all good. Also separate thank you to receptionist who gave us upgrade room with a sew view, was unexpected and made our visit even better!
Disliked: The only thing we didn’t like, is that when you are choosing food, the description would be clearer, otherwise you are not sure what you are taking or what sauces are.
Great place to stay!
Liked: Great breakfast. Nice rooms with a lot of space. Right by the beach.
Disliked: Very cold welcome when arriving during the night.

Liked: It is right at the beach. The Staff is super friendly and attentive. Reception was very informative and helpful. Cleanliness.
Disliked: It is a bit of an older facility but well maintained.

Liked: We had an amazing stay! There are two main reasons why I would highly recommend this hotel: 1. Staff: David at reception was absolutely amazing! His calm nature, kindness, positive attitude, and genuine hospitality really stood out and made our stay even better. A huge thank you to him! Our housekeeper was also incredibly thoughtful — I only regret that I didn’t ask for her name so I could mention her personally. 2. Location: The hotel is beachfront and, in my opinion, in one of the best locations in Playa de Muro. The water is incredibly clear and beautiful, and there is a large grassy area right in front of the beach with plenty of sunbeds. It’s the perfect setup for relaxing while being just steps away from the sea. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
Disliked: Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were great, with a good selection of food. The only small improvement I would suggest is to make sure all dishes are clearly labelled, as the names/descriptions were missing for some of the dishes.
