Pool, sauna and spa facilities great

Liked: Very friendly staff throughout, pool, sauna and spa facilities great my better half said. Just round the corner to the beach but the two pools and plenty of loungers were also an option. Parking was plentiful but it's not on-site, it's street parking. My only gripe was apartment doors didn't have slow/soft closers so everyone seemed to slam their doors shut and children running, screaming & crying up and down the corridor often (not the hotel's fault this bit mind but some signs or comments to people on check in to be considerate).

Worst hotel we have stayed at in years

Liked: Hotel was not what it seemed in the photos. Pool only open for a couple hours a day, pool opens extremely late and closes extremely early. No ability to get coffee in the morning. They never serviced room or replenished towels. No Tissues in the room. Uncomfortable beds. Limited hours for breakfast/lunch. Way too many children. Awful, loud children music and activities in the evening. Never replenished water in the room. Not close to many restaurants.
