Fabulous
Liked: Great facilities, very friendly staff especially in the restaurant. We only had breakfast and dinner and both very amazing with great variety and every night a different theme. Water refills everywhere so no need to buy bottled water. Great for families and cycling holidays.
Disliked: Shame that the spa closes at 18.00 as by the time we get back to the hotel either from cycling or all day outing the spa is closed by then. Then only opens at 10.00 which is also too late. Due to the rain we managed to go once and we really enjoyed it but would have loved to go daily.
Liked: Service was good. Staff always helpful and happy. Pool clean, food good quality. 25min walk to centre. Close to Formentor road if you're cycling up.
Disliked: Air conditioning had been switched off despite it being advertised as having Aircon. Yes, it was October, but the room was very hot. I was told by reception that 'the management has switched off air con in the whole hotel'. The first 2 nights were difficult to sleep as it felt very muggy/damp in the room. Food had a bit of recycling going on from lunch to dinners. Selection ok, but became a bit too similar even for a 4 night stay.
A well run hotel that represents value for money in Puerto Pollença. Probably best suited to couples with young children
Liked: The staff were extremely customer focussed, polite and friendly. Very hardworking and committed staff.
Disliked: I was disappointed by the buffet food. It was mass catering and I appreciate the kitchen staff worked very hard but it wasn’t terribly nice. In the end, we ate out for dinner as my partners is even fussier than me.

Liked: location not the best not really near anything and extremely hard to get taxis in the area and had to walk most nights. breakfast was ok, sausages were hard and so were beans
Disliked: the cleanliness of the room, was hair in the bed and pillows

Liked: Small and friendly property. Safe. Spacious rooms. Beautiful bay 50m away. Peaceful. Great sound proofing in rooms
