Very good
Liked: Our kids loved the mini disco! The staff were really friendly and nice, and the evening shows were great. We really liked that each section had a pool practically right in front of the apartment.
Disliked: The equipment in the apartment was not the best, and there could have been more of it. The bed was not very comfortable either.
Liked: Room was looking good and it was clean. Location was good
Disliked: Cleaning times overlap with our baby sleep hours. Cleaning can be done earlier.

It was ok but I’m not sure I would return or recommend. The reason I chose it was it had the option of a 2 bed apartment
Liked: The apartments were spacious and very clean. The pools were full perfect for small children but no adult swim pools. The entertainment team were super friendly and engaging.
Disliked: The food was poor. The dining room had no air conditioning and insufficient ceiling fans. The entertainment area was extremely hot with no air conditioning and unpleasant to sit in. When the kids disco was taking place it was unbearable and the children were all so hot and bothered. The staff on reception were ok. On arrival we were just given a small map and left to find our apartment. On the day we were leaving I was told I had to pay for a cot which I never ordered and had twice told the staff that. No one asked if we’d had a night stay or wished us a safe flight - simple, decent gesture.

Disliked: Aircon only in living room, No aircon on bedroom.
