Exceptional
Liked: An exceptional villa that exceeded all our expectations. We stayed for one week in June and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa was immaculate, beautifully maintained, incredibly spacious, and equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Every detail had been considered, from children’s toys and a barbecue to laundry facilities, hair dryers, and a fully stocked selection of household essentials. The location was perfect, and the large swimming pool was outstanding. A special thank you to Caterina, who was so warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this villa and look forward to returning in the future.
Beautiful villa with everything that a family could need
Liked: Villa very good and fully equipped with everything that a family could need. Large gardens well stocked with fruit trees and vegetables, Pool area great, good sized shallow pool for children and a play area for young children.Only 10 minute walk to a sandy beach with very shallow water.
Disliked: The villa itself was great but it is located very close to a very busy resort area.

Excellent stay with incredible host
Liked: An excellent villa with everything you need. Perfectly located within 15 min drive to Port d’Alcudia. Close to shop and coffee places for breakfast. Out host, Caterina was excellent, she was extremely friendly and generous.

Spacious Comfort in a Citrus Garden
Liked: This is a very special home and property. The house is very large and well-appointed, and the yard surrounding it contains both a large pool with many comfy palapas and recliners, and a working citrus fruit garden from which you are invited to enjoy the bananas, oranges and more. It is located in a mostly quiet area, but close to the beach and Alcudia. Caterina is a fantastic host, highly responsive, friendly and considerate. The hot water heater malfunctioned one day and was professionally replaced the next. We noticed some gaps in available kitchenware as we planned a special NYE dinner evening, and Caterina purchased and delivered what we needed within a few hours. Amazing.
Disliked: Since our stay was over New Year's the temperature dropped quickly in the evenings from pleasant daytime highs. We found it a bit challenging to keep the indoor lounging areas warm enough even with the heat pump units fully engaged. No doubt this is not an issue most of the year, and we had all brought warmer clothes so were fine.
