  Great location, friendly staff, many mosquitoes, no soundproof, semi value for money

  Liked: Great location, amazing staff, good food. The rooms were spacious, well equiped and the hot tub in selection club rooms was a great add-on. Very family friendly, nuce start point for exploring the island and visiting some great restaurants.

  Disliked: Many mosquitos, no anti-mosquito equipment (nets, sprays, etc). The rooms are not soundproof, you can hear everything happening on the outside, especially if you balcony overlooks the patio in the middle. So if you plan to go to bed or to tuck your baby in before 22:00 (when the evening programme ends), you should forget about it.

  Great for families with kids

  Liked: The hotel is good for families with kids. Playgrounds, 2 pools (1 heated), activities, shows, ice cream and alcohol-free cocktails made our kids staying amazing! Kids also had a big variety of food like pasta choices, pommes fries, burgers etc. It was also great for adults- easy check-in / check-out, clean rooms, pool towers and especially food: dishes from different cuisine was served every dinner plus sea food and grilled fish/steaks etc. The beach was clean with clear water and warm enough for the mid October, it took 5 min to get there from the hotel. You can rent beach chair and a paraply for 9 euro incl.locker for valuable things, but there was a plenty of space to lay on the towel. I would highlight the excellent solution about the bracelets - they were the keys to the room and a way to pay in the bar.

  Disliked: We missed music in the pool area.

  We loved it, 10/10

  Liked: Everything was excellent, the staff was amazing g and helpful. So clean, and on time. Food was great, everybody find something they like

  Disliked: Most of singing bands on evening made our big group sleeping, All the rest entertaining groups, like magic show, bubble show... was amazing. Buffet area was nice and clean, just was missing peppers of food names and allergies where mixed up. My dother is lactose intolerance, It was hard to understand what she can eat and what she can't.

  Lovely family trip

  Liked: Kids pool and slides. The kids loved it. No sunbed wars - you could get a sunbed if you arrived by 11/12. Our Room had a really nice view. Good location. Staff were all very friendly. Lots of activities for the kids including pool games. Good vibes and diverse crowd

  Disliked: The bedroom floor was dusty when we got there making our feet black with dirt but the cleaners came and mopped it when we asked. Bottles of water in the room would have been really nice and saved us multiple trips in the scorching heat to get bottled water for the room. I don’t think the water being served in the buffet and bars is mineral either. Table service for drinks and hot drinks at breakfast would have really elevated the meal experience. We had had this service at all the other all inclusive resorts we have stayed in.
