Liked: The staff at this hotel were absolutely fabulous. Everything about the location, pools, food, entertainment was great, but I genuinely think the thing that will stay with us as a family is how kind and genuinely accommodating the staff were. Big shout out to Guillem at reception along with his colleagues. Sandra, Veronica, Manuel and the team couldn't have been any better in entertaining the kids. Top experience all round.
Disliked: It's the smallest detail, but food ingredients for allergies could be labelled much more clearly. Even then, the chefs went out of their way to be helpful on this matter:)
Liked: Upgrade room. Thankyou. Matress comfortable. Water stations. Free beer and wine. Noisy with children but to e of year. All good.
Disliked: Noise by pool.
Perfect end to our holiday!
Liked: The hotel was clean, organised and exactly what we were looking for. The location was good and generally quiet and our room was spacious and lovely. The staff were very good. All very friendly and good with the children. My children in particularly liked Manuel. They still now keep saying how much they miss him. His personality shone every day and he had so much energy.
Disliked: Reception staff to know where activities are being held so we’re not walking around trying to find entertainment staff to ask.

Liked: It was clean, spacious, well managed, comfortable. Wonderful atmosphere. The staff are well trained, very warm and extremely professional.
Disliked: The dining area was very hot. We could not get into the room we’d booked as the hotel had double booked it. However, it was only for 2 nights and the hotel compensated us by providing dinner throughout our stay.,
