Good
an old, well-restored house
Liked: The location was wonderful. Really close to the sea! Some people were swimming there. There’s a restaurant just round the corner, though unfortunately it closes in mid-October. The beds were just the right balance of firm and soft. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bathroom had been tastefully refurbished. Most of the furniture has been nicely restored by the owners themselves. The whole flat has its own unique charm. The record player and the collection of vinyl records certainly add to the charm of this flat.
Disliked: The location is indeed quiet and peaceful, but as a result there isn’t a single grocery shop within a 2 km radius. There’s a slightly musty smell throughout the flat, which is quite normal for old seaside houses. The photos in the description do not reflect reality. The flat is darker and less spacious than it appears in the photos. Overall, it is an old, well-restored house, which in some parts gives the impression of a holiday at your grandmother’s.
