Avoid at all costs. No way to get refund from this company or booking.com
Liked: We couldn't get in. There was no one there. They have everything automated. They said follow the link sent but I never received it. They only had an AI assistant by telephone which couldn't help us. Avoid this company like the plague.

Liked: close to the seaport heart of the city. responsive staff.
Disliked: lack of blankets during the middle of winter.
Disliked: The communication with the property was a disaster. The link to upload the passports did not work. We came with three people and had only two towels. The stove was heavily burned. And the toilet seat was falling apart.
Liked: There was no breakfast.
Disliked: First day WIFI did not work. Apartment was a room/studio and not a real apartment. Sofa bed was broken and not prepared for 4 people.
Very unpleasant stay

Disliked: Wasn’t clean. The beds are not clean and sheets don’t seem to be cleaned before. Many mosquitoes were found in the room and the ac keep stoping and working on its own. No human were found on whstapp for interaction and complain, they kept just the ai to respond.
Excellent place
Liked: We stayed in the Hawkins for 3 nights everything was excellent, the communication with the host is very professional...the place was super clean beds so confortable. Close to all amenities. Definitely will stay again and good value of money.Thanks for the lovely experience i had with my family x
