We arrived and found a B2 apartment. When we tried to enter, we realized it was already occupied. We left the door open
Great location, convenient facilities, good value for money
Liked: Great location, convenient facilities.
Disliked: The floor was a bit dirty, but the beds and bathroom were clean. The windows open to an interior wall with no view. Still, good value for money!
Quiet room, good for a quick rest
Liked: The beds were very comfortable, and the WiFi was strong!
Disliked: I thought having seen pictures of the kitchen that it would be well stocked with amenities, but it was pretty poor. It wouldn't cost much to fit it out with more cooking equipment, and it would make a big difference to the usability.

Disliked: Very small one room apartment, bathroom stunk of cigarettes
Nice apartment for the price, awful incompetent staff
Liked: Apartment was clean and in a good location.
Disliked: Staff are highly incompetent; on the day of checkout we left the property at exactly 11:00 as required and took all our belongings with us, however I was then harassed multiple times by telephone and SMS by the staff who accused us of not leaving the property on time and leaving luggage inside. I responded several times and got the same answer, and eventually I sent the photos I had taken when we left to show that we did not leave any luggage. I have not had a response or apology since. This is horribly unprofessional behaviour and caused significant stress while we were travelling onwards.
TOO HARD TO GET THE CODE, stay somewhere else
Liked: They did not send us the code, we had to have another guest help us and it took over an hour to get the code. I reported another property to booking.com who never sent us the code and we had to pay for a different property. I WOULD NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN.
Disliked: TOO HARD TO GET THE CODE.
