Liked: Great location
Disliked: Was sent to the wrong adress, found some staff who pointed us the right way but very hard to find the right house. Didn't get the room number, only a door code and to get to talk to a real person was very hard, they only had chat bots. We had booked a crib for the baby but no crib Inside. There were no soap in the bathroom, only two glasses and two chairs for the three of us. No dish rack or kitchen towel so had to use a bathroom towel to dry the dishes with, which left us with too few towels. Had to buy out own soap, schampo and glasses. The chairs and table was very unstable. Tried to reach them multiple times and the chatbot told me they would notify the staff but the only thing we got was three glasses on the last day. The last day we had another family knocking on the door saying they was sent to stay in our room.

Liked: An excellent location in the most attractive neighborhood of Algeciras, at a good price.
Disliked: There were a few minor issues that needed to be fixed, which will hopefully happen soon. The curtains wouldn’t close properly because curtain hooks were missing. There was only one cup.kitchen cabinet were moldy. The toilet flush button was broken, which made flushing difficult. The floor was dusty & sandy, we had to swipe. There was no towel in the kitchen, no hand towel in the bathroom. No handsoap, shampoo was empty too.
Very Unhappy
Liked: Location and elevator.
Disliked: I am very unhappy with my stay at Hawkings Apartments in Algeciras. Check in was delayed, and only became resolved after a neighbor called the company on my behalf. The internet did not work and was never resolved. There was only bedding for one of the two beds (also never resolved). There was dirt under both sinks and atop the refrigerator. There were no hand towels. Both faucets, while functioning, were loose at their bases and janky. Communication was poor with inadequate follow up/through (had to sleep with no bedding). The location was good as well was the elevator. Overall score: 2 out of 10.
