Fabulous
Horrible experience
Liked: The location was great to visit Gibraltar and Tarifa.
Disliked: The place was dirty, from the curtains to the many pillows and the couch. The paint was chipped of the wall. But the worst part of it was that we found cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets. And while we were eating they came out from under the couch. When we first entered the appartement there were already cockroach bait stations placed around the appartement and spray to use against the cockroaches, meaning that the owner knew very well from the beginning wat was going on. Instead of cleaning the place out while we were away as we asked, we got more supplies given to handle them ourselves. We spent our 'relaxing' vacation scrubbing the floors and spraying everything. It was a nightmare trying to sleep while knowing that there were cockroaches everywhere and that everything was dirty.

Liked: The house was new and was in a good location
Disliked: Our stay was extremely unpleasant. On the first night, we found a cockroach in the room — it even crawled on someone’s head while they were sleeping. The following day, before informing the owner, we found a second cockroach. When we finally reported the issue, the owner responded rudely and with no concern for the situation. Instead of an apology or any form of assistance, we were treated with hostility. Due to the unacceptable hygiene conditions and the owner's attitude, we felt forced to leave the accommodation early and had to find an alternative place to stay for the following night. We definitely do not recommend this property.
Get rid of have the useless little things and too many pillows
Liked: It was newly renovated
Disliked: There was too much clutter. The owners are nice and they want to make the place cosy. The trouble is that there are unnecessary nic nacs everywhere. This makes it feel overly cluttered, in my opinion.
Exceptional
Liked: Beautiful flat. Very modern and clean. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped. My daughter was delighted to have a light up mirror in her room. The owner was really nice and welcoming. We had a few issues with the electricity in the flat. But that was quickly arranged and sorted by the owner. Overall, the flat was exceptional.
Disliked: We did not like the area where the flat was located. There was not much parking spaces near the flat.
perfect location and comfort, excellent host
Liked: everything is new clean and well thought out,all comforts you need and near the centre, port and train station Carmen met my wife at property and showed her around, she went above and beyond to help us with a package we are having sent overseas highly recommend and would stay again if in area thank you so much
