Fabulous
Liked: Nice house in the middle of citrus groves. Pleasant and willing people. The holiday atmosphere is enhanced by a swimming pool and evening relaxation under the citrus trees, complete with romantic lighting. Privacy and tranquility are a major asset. A washing machine is an advantage for longer stays or for families with children.
Disliked: It would be good to supplement and replace the kitchenware - specifically pans, wooden spoons.. And glasses (there were seventeen of us, and sometimes there weren't enough - especially during dinners together). However, there was plenty of room at the tables, both inside and outside.
Liked: The house was modern and clean in a lovely setting. Vicente was very helpful
Disliked: As others said, it’s a very tricky road to arrive so be aware of that. Once you’re there it’s lovely.

Country house with a great pool and nice views
Liked: We loved the location of the house - literally in the middle of lemon field, in a farmhouse village. Yet the closest neighbor is quite far away. Location - 20min to El Chorro mountains, 15min to Alora (where the grocery shops are), Malaga and the sea is an hour drive at least. From here was easy to travel around any direction - Ronda, Malaga, Nerja, Marbella etc. And after day put it was always nice to come home to plunge into pool:) The pool was great - more than 2m in the deepest end, and around 1.3m in the shallowest. We had a lot of fun time there - both, for kids and adults. Beds were comfy - we all slept very well! And since we were 10 adults and 8 kids/teens, we enjoyed the facilities of both houses - having two kitchens were really useful.
Disliked: We had some issues with stove not working and pans that no longer fit the induction cooker. But landlord fixed it by bringing two brand new. Contacting owner through Booking didn’t worked out, we used whatsapp to get answers to our questions etc. Since location is direct into nature, such neighbors as ants and small lizards are possible:) And if you love jogging around, the views are nice, but be aware of neighbor dogs - there are plenty of them and not all are behind the fence!
A wonderful stay at a lovely property
Liked: Excellent hosts, new furnishings, good quality beds and bedding and a well equipped house.
Disliked: Although the outdoor area was lovely, we would have liked more space where we could sit around together outside and have an area for the kids to play
