Exceptional
The best stay, the perfect place to relax and unwind

A slice of paradise in the Andalucian mountains
Liked: I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at FGC and will never forget having dinner on our private terrace as the sun went down over the mountains - truly magical. Shaun and Michael have thought of everything. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, they had left homemade cookies, wine, water and juice and offered us a welcome drink on arrival. We loved our private terrace and the views it offered of the pool, gardens and mountains. We had a table and chairs for dining, sun loungers and a little seating nook - bliss. Breakfast is complimentary and was delicious. We also opted for the evening meals for 2 nights and the sharing platter on the other. All were delicious and well-presented - we made Shaun laugh as we had cleaned our plates on curry night! That's what flabreads are for! Michael and Shaun are great hosts - unobtrusive but you know they're there if you need anything. We also loved seeing the four-legged members of the team - Rocky, Florence, Harold and Bert. The biggest recommendation I can give is my partner rarely likes to sit and relax on our holidays but that is exactly what we did for all our stay at FGC. We would love to return.

The Perfect Retreat
Liked: There is nothing not to like. It was perfect for what we were looking for from a second visit. Peace, Views, Relaxation, Great location to visit other parts of the area, The breakfasts were so good with fresh produce. We stayed again in Torcal with its fabulous terrace. The appartment was clean and wonderfully kept. This is for us the perfect retreat, and we will definitely be returning again. There is always a lovely friendly welcome from Sean and Michael and the attention to detail they provide (quietly) to make your stay perfect is very much appreciated

Amazing was a different holiday for us being more rural but it has converted us completely
Liked: The location was excellent and was a brilliant find. Mike and Shaun were great hosts and very chilled and accommodating. We will definitely be back.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like from the accommodation and views and hosts but if you are expecting a stroll to any bars and restaurants you do need a car as they are at least half an hour away.
