  Highly recommended

  Liked: The apartment is close to the centre of Baeza. There is free public parking about 5 minutes walk away and a bakery with delicious produce just across the street. It is very clean, spacious, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The terrace was a bonus - a pleasant place to sit out in the sun. We got lost on arrival - due to a road being closed - but they waited patiently for us and we were greeted warmly. It is also pet friendly.

  Top Floor with SPA (4 nights)

  Liked: Tony was an excellent host whom communicated well and met us on site to show us the unit in good detail. SPA was useful for cooling off on hot days. Loved the seperate dining/living area for lounging around.

  Disliked: Was attracted to this place as it had a 10 rating - given we were asked on multiple ocassions to give it a 10 review, we now understand why it had a 10. We would not rate it a ten for the following reasons: Kitchen was dated and could do with a refresh - two drawers appeared broken and were screwed permanently shut. Bedroom 2 double bed was very noisy (creaky springs) when you rolled over, as was this rooms air con. Very noisy downstairs tenants also added to this room being difficult to sleep in (may have just been bad timing for us). Bottom bed sheets also fitted poorly so always came off overnight. But regardless of the above, to us it was still very good value and we enjoyed our stay - just not a "ten" in our view (we have stayed in many apartments in our world travels).
