  Spotless Apartment, Caring Host, and Great Location in Baeza

  Liked: The apartment was immaculately clean throughout. The bathroom was spotless, with a spacious shower and a full range of toiletries (gel, shampoo, body cream, etc.). The beds were super comfortable, and the linen was crisp and fresh. The kitchen is very well equipped, with thoughtful extras rarely found in similar places — coffee, various tisanes, sugar, biscuits, salt, pepper, instant cocoa powder, olive oil, and vinegar. The terrace is a lovely feature, offering beautiful views of the old city wall. At all stages, booking, check-in, arrival, and departure, Leonor exceeded our expectations with her helpful and caring attitude. Communication was excellent, and we felt truly welcome. The apartment is perfectly located in the old part of Baeza, just around the corner from a public car park (about three minutes’ walk away) and five minutes from the main plaza, where most of the bars and restaurants are.

  Disliked: For us, the only negative was the nearest bar-restaurant opposite Puerta de Baeza, which turned out to be a tourist trap, it charged us ridiculous prices for drinks, did not serve any tapas, and even tried to overcharge us for our meal.
