Exceptional
Nice apartment, but the host completely ruined the experience
Disliked: Unfortunately, this was one of the least accommodating experiences I've had. Before arriving, the host refused any possibility of checking in before the stated 3:00 PM check-in time. On top of that, we were informed that if we arrived after 8:00 PM, we would have to pay an additional fee. It felt like there was no flexibility whatsoever, despite charging guests extra for minor inconveniences. The parking situation was also terrible. I had rented a Mercedes G-Class, and the garage was extremely small and difficult to access. Instead of trying to help, the hosting lady mocked me for struggling to park and even commented that "larger cars have parked here before," which I found unnecessary and quite disrespectful. The most disappointing part came on our departure day. My friend became sick that morning, and I politely asked if we could stay just one extra hour, from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM, so she could recover enough for us to travel safely. The request was immediately refused, with the explanation that they "couldn't have other people waiting in the street." This response made very little sense considering they had previously been completely inflexible about the 3:00 PM check-in time. If new guests could only check in at 3:00 PM, there would still have been three full hours—from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM—to clean and prepare the apartment. There was clearly enough time, but no willingness to show even a small amount of compassion during a genuine medical situation. The apartment itself was fine, but hospitality is about more than just the property. The lack of flexibility, poor customer service, and dismissive attitude left us with a very negative impression. I would not stay here again.
Liked: Very specious and nice apartment. Nice beds, good wifi, clean, big balcony, good working airconditioning, nice smart tv. Everything you need is present
Disliked: There is nothing on 5 minutes walking distance. No supermarket or bakery. The only thing we missed is a duvet on the beds. There were only sheets
